Every time I've had my car serviced at John's Firestone the guys have been so nice, helpful, and quick to take care of things. It's so nice to be able to just drop my keys off and have it taken care of before lunch!

John's Firestone has the best prices and service in the area. The customer service is second to none and the employees have always been friendly. I've had to send my wife to them a couple of times to purchase tires when she had a day off during the week and I had to be at work at 6:30 AM with an hour drive to work. Unlike other tire shops around they don't treat female customers like they're stupid and never tried to tell her a repair was needed that wasn't thinking she wouldn't know any better. The prices have always been cheaper than any place in a 50 mile radius at minimum and not just by a small amount either. I highly recommend John's Firestone for honest quality work. I'll never go anywhere else.

I’ve been dealing with Johns Firestone in Rolla mo for years. They are honest and their service is incomparable. I highly recommend them. No hidden fees. Customer for life

I like that I can go in there without my husband and know that they will not tell me I need repairs on things that aren't broke. They are very honest and take care of me every time I call. I will not go anywhere else for my car tires and repairs. The service is great!!!!!
